People Services Associate

A leading organization is seeking a People Services Associate to support their remote team out of region. This temp role involves managing the full employee lifecycle, offering HR and recruitment support, and ensuring smooth onboarding and compliance. Our client values collaboration and continuous improvement in enhancing candidate and employee experiences.

• Coordinate all phases of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment to onboarding and ongoing support.
• Serve as the first contact for HR and recruitment inquiries, delivering prompt and professional assistance.
• Facilitate interview scheduling, candidate travel arrangements, virtual interviews, and background checks.
• Assist with onboarding documentation, offer reviews, and collaborate with IT and Talent Acquisition to ensure seamless transitions.
• Maintain accurate employee records, conduct audits, and ensure compliance across personnel files.

• Previous experience supporting HR functions or employee lifecycle processes.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to provide exceptional customer service.
• Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information discreetly.
• Proficiency with data entry, documentation, and HR systems.
