Acrotech Biopharma Inc. is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own full life-cycle recruiting, from sourcing to onboarding.
You will be the public face of the company during the recruiting process, ensuring a positive candidate experience and aligning compensation discussions with hiring managers. Onsite 4 days and 1 day work-from-home per policy, you will build talent pipelines, quantify recruiting metrics, and partner with departments to support rapid growth in oncology and dermatology
