Franklin Fitch is a global infrastructure recruitment specialist, working to place top talent in AI, Data, Security, Networking, and GTM by leveraging market leading client and candidate management. Working across both contract and permanent roles.

We have built out 4 offices since our inception in 2011;
London, Cardiff, Frankfurt, and Austin, TX. As we continue to expand, we are looking for an ambitious and commercially driven Senior Recruitment Consultant to join us and support delivery alongside our Client Services team.

• Meeting with Clients and Account Managers to understand hiring needs
• Leverage multiple headhunting techniques to find the best talent
• Preparing candidates for interviews to provide a best-in-class candidate experience
• Utilize relationship building skills to effectively manage candidates through the recruitment process
• Work collaboratively with your team to meet both team and individual targets
• Deliver excellent service to your network

• Fully remote working pattern
• Dedicated L&D from the Head of People and Performance
• Work directly with the Managing Director who leads our Client Services team
• Exposure to the SLT with an average tenure of 8 years

• Previous experience working in Technology and IT Recruitment
