Your Mission
* Active sourcing via Xing, Linked In and other channels
* Responsibility for the entire candidate lifecycle and an excellent candidate experience
* Development of target-group-specific recruiting strategies
* Screening applications and conducting qualified interviews
* Optimising recruiting processes and KPI management
* Collaboration with international stakeholders and participation in projects

What You Bring
* Several years of experience in white-collar recruiting
* Experience in conducting interviews and active sourcing
* Leadership experience in international teams
* Strong market understanding and stakeholder management
* Organisational talent and strong communication skills
* Fluent Dutch and English
* Strategic thinking and operational excellence
