About the Role  Our client, a distinguished recruitment consultancy, is seeking a highly accomplished Principal Recruitment Consultant to spearhead their Industrial sector recruitment practice. Operating remotely, you will be responsible for managing high-level client relationships, leading complex recruitment projects, and driving significant business growth within the industrial domain. This role requires a strategic thinker with extensive experience in sourcing and placing senior talent in manufacturing, engineering, and logistics.

You will leverage your expertise to build a leading industrial recruitment offering for our client on a national scale, benefiting from a fully remote setup.

Key Responsibilities   Lead and manage executive and senior-level recruitment assignments within the industrial sector.
Develop and implement strategic sourcing and talent acquisition plans for clients.
Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key industrial clients.
Conduct in-depth interviews, assessments, and reference checks for senior candidates.
Drive business development initiatives to secure new client partnerships and projects.
Requirements   8+ years of experience in recruitment consultancy, with a strong specialization in the Industrial sector (manufacturing, engineering, supply chain).
Proven track record of successfully placing senior management and executive roles.
Expertise in advanced search methodologies, candidate engagement, and market analysis.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
