This role is crucial for driving recruitment initiatives across a national or international client base without the need for a physical office presence. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from client engagement to candidate placement, leveraging digital tools and communication platforms.

Key Responsibilities   Manage the complete recruitment process for a diverse range of roles, engaging directly with clients remotely.
Develop and execute effective candidate sourcing strategies using advanced online tools and virtual networking.
Conduct comprehensive virtual interviews and assessments to ensure high-quality candidate matches.
Build and nurture strong client relationships through consistent, proactive remote communication.
Provide expert advice and market insights to clients on talent acquisition strategies and market dynamics.
Negotiate offers and manage the entire onboarding process for remote placements.
Requirements   Significant experience (5+ years) as a Recruitment Consultant, with a strong track record of success.
Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver results in a remote or hybrid setting.
Exceptional skills in candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiation.
Proficiency with virtual collaboration tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and digital recruitment platforms.
Excellent self-management, organization, and time-management skills, essential for remote work.
Strong business acumen and the ability to operate independently and effectively without direct supervision.
