Key Responsibilities   Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify passive and active candidates.
Utilize a variety of tools and platforms, including social media, job boards, and professional networks.
Conduct initial candidate screenings and engage potential applicants.
Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates for future opportunities.
Collaborate with Recruitment Consultants to understand specific role requirements and client needs.
Requirements   Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment sourcing or a related talent acquisition role.
Proven expertise in advanced search techniques (Boolean, X-ray).

Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools.
Excellent research and analytical skills.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in a fully remote setting.
