About the Role  Our client, a high-profile Recruitment Consultancy, is seeking an experienced Remote Executive Search Consultant to join their global talent acquisition network. This position is ideal for a seasoned professional who excels at identifying and engaging senior-level talent without geographic constraints. You will manage executive search assignments for C-suite and senior leadership roles, leveraging advanced research and networking skills.

This role offers the flexibility of remote work while demanding a high level of strategic thinking and client management, with a focus on talent acquisition needs originating from or impacting the Kimberley region.

Key Responsibilities   Conduct extensive research and proactive sourcing to identify top-tier executive talent globally.
Manage end-to-end executive search projects, ensuring confidentiality and integrity throughout the process.
Build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives and key stakeholders.
Develop compelling search strategies and present qualified candidate profiles to clients.
Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate leadership potential and fit.
Advise clients on market trends, talent availability, and compensation strategies for executive roles.
Requirements   Significant experience (8+ years) in executive search, preferably within a reputable Recruitment Consultancy.
Proven track record of successfully placing senior-level executives (C-suite, VPs, Directors).
Exceptional networking, research, and candidate engagement skills.
Strong business acumen and understanding of various industries and organizational structures.
Excellent remote communication and presentation abilities.
Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and deliver results in a remote environment.
