• Collaborate closely with recruitment consultants to understand specific role requirements and candidate profiles.
• Track sourcing activities and report on key metrics to optimize outreach strategies.

• Proven experience in talent sourcing or recruitment, with a strong focus on technology roles.
• Proficiency with various sourcing tools, social media platforms, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling outreach messages.
