Senior HR Business Partner

About the Role  Our client is seeking a seasoned Senior HR Business Partner to provide strategic HR support to key business units operating across the Northern Cape, based in Kimberley . This role requires a proactive leader who can partner with senior management to align HR initiatives with business objectives, drive talent management, and foster a high-performance culture. You will play a critical role in organizational development, employee relations, and change management, ensuring HR strategies contribute directly to business success in this unique provincial setting.

Key Responsibilities   Act as a strategic partner to senior leaders, advising on all people-related matters impacting business success in Kimberley .
Develop and implement talent management strategies, including workforce planning, succession planning, and leadership development.
Oversee employee relations, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies and effective resolution of grievances.
Lead change management initiatives, facilitating smooth transitions and effective communication.
Drive performance management processes, promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Analyze HR data and metrics to provide insights and recommendations to business leaders.
Ensure compliance with all relevant South African labour laws and regulations.
Requirements   Minimum of 7 years of experience in progressive HR roles, with at least 3 years as an HR Business Partner.
Proven experience in strategic HR planning, talent management, and employee relations.
Strong business acumen and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Experience working in a distributed or remote team environment is beneficial.
