Talent Acquisition Specialist - Arts & Entertainment

Our client is seeking a proactive and discerning Talent Acquisition Specialist to support their growing needs within the arts and entertainment industry. This fully remote role will focus on identifying, attracting, and onboarding top talent across various creative and operational functions. You will play a crucial part in building and shaping the company's workforce by sourcing candidates with unique skills and passion for the arts.

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer negotiation.

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define role requirements.
• Maintain candidate databases and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the arts, entertainment, or creative industries.
• Proven track record of successfully sourcing and placing candidates in niche roles.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment best practices for remote recruitment.
