• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify passive and active candidates.

• Conduct initial candidate screenings and engage potential applicants.

• Collaborate with Recruitment Consultants to understand specific role requirements and client needs.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment sourcing or a related talent acquisition role.
• Proven expertise in advanced search techniques (Boolean, X-ray).
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools.
• Excellent research and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in a fully remote setting.
