HRIS Specialist
White Tech is seeking a People Operations Specialist to own a broad range of people operations and administrative processes for our international team of about 140 employees. You will support onboarding, offboarding, documentation, data integrity, and benefits, while driving process improvements and automation.
You will work across HRIS and other systems, partner with People Partners, and help scale our People functions with an eye toward efficiency and data-driven insights.
