Arbor Home Loans is seeking a Mortgage Talent Acquisition Recruiter to proactively identify producing mortgage talent, build relationships, and create recruiting opportunities with producers who may not be actively looking for their next move.
The primary focus is recruiting producing Mortgage Loan Originators, Branch Managers, established teams, and other strategic production talent to grow our production and expand into new markets. This is a hybrid/remote role with some travel.
