Off the back of high client demand, we are actively looking for a recruiter to join our London team. You will have experience in the Fin Tech, Technology or Financial Services markets and be super organised, tenacious and passionate. You will work with key clients to deliver quality, speed and execution across specialist technology and Fin Tech searches.
What will you be doing:- Working the entire 360 recruitment cycle: a blend of business development, sales and recruiting
- Create and foster high-touch relationships with active and passive candidates, as well as hiring managers across technology and Fin Tech
- Leveraging the firm's existing relationships to map out your own specialist market focus
- Build genuine relationships with some of the biggest names in the Fin Tech and technology space to create long-lasting business relationships
- Knowledge and interest in the latest Fin Tech and technology markets
- 2 years+ recruitment experience (experience recruiting into Fin Tech, Technology or Financial Services is desirable)
- You are a competitive and tenacious individual driven to succeed, with the ability to negotiate and influence at all levels
- Highly motivated, with examples of ambition and resilience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships
