About the Role

Our client is scaling its London permanent search team and looking to hire 2–3 driven Delivery Consultants. In this high-impact role, you will work directly alongside top-performing billers, taking full ownership of the candidate side of searches. You will serve as a vital engine behind every placement—sourcing, engaging, and representing top-tier talent.

The core requirement for this position is 6 to 18 months of proven recruitment experience, specifically within tech recruitment or a closely aligned professional services recruitment sector (such as engineering).

What You’ll Be Doing

* Market Mapping & Research:
Research and map talent markets to uncover exceptional candidates for live roles, including hard-to-reach passive talent.

* Creative Outreach:
Deploy strategic outreach via Linked In, email, specialist communities, and referrals to engage top professionals.

* In-Depth Screening:
Conduct thorough screening calls to evaluate candidates' technical skills, career motivations, and drivers.

* Curating Shortlists:
Build compelling candidate write-ups and present high-quality shortlists to the consultant team.

* End-to-End Candidate Management:
Guide candidates seamlessly through the recruitment lifecycle—from interview preparation and feedback management to the offer stage and beyond.

* Specialist Network Building:
Grow your own dedicated network within a specialised tech vertical over time.

* Ecosystem Engagement:
Support and attend industry-leading networking events, meet-ups, and round tables hosted by the business.

* Data Integrity:
Maintain accurate, up-to-date tracking on the CRM.

What We Are Looking For

* Experience:

6 to 18 months of recruitment experience, with a core focus on tech recruitment or professional services recruitment (e.g., engineering). (Overall experience range: 1–3 years in recruitment, research, or target-based consulting).

* Education:

A degree or equivalent practical experience.

* Tech Curiosity: A genuine interest in technology, data, and AI. You don't need to code, but you should enjoy learning how engineers work and what drives them.

* Communication:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

* Drive & Resilience:
Highly organised, resilient, and motivated by target-driven environments.

* Research Mindset: A natural investigator who enjoys digging deep into a problem until the solution is found.

* Tech Stack Familiarity:
Experience using recruitment tools such as Bullhorn CRM, Linked In Recruiter/RPS+, Source Whale, or AI sourcing platforms like Claude and Git Hub is a strong advantage.
