Position: Payroll Focused HR Generalist Role
KTI Limited is seeking a contract Human Resources Generalist, specializing in payroll and employee relations, for a maternity leave position until April 30, 2028. This hybrid role combines in-office and remote work, providing invaluable HR support.

As an HR Generalist at KTI Limited, you will engage in payroll and benefits administration while supporting employee relations and leave management. You will serve as a vital resource to both employees and managers, ensuring compliance with all HR policies and fostering a culture of transparency and trust.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process bi-weekly payroll efficiently and accurately

• Manage employee lifecycle changes from hire to termination

• Provide guidance on HR policies and conflict resolution

• Administer benefits programs and respond to inquiries

• Track attendance and manage leave processes

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in related field

• 3 to 5 years of progressive HR experience

• Knowledge of Canadian payroll and compliance

• Strong communication and analytical skills

• Proficiency in HRIS systems, ADP experience preferred
