Remote Senior HR Analyst & Trainer

Federated Co-op is seeking an experienced HR professional for a contract role. As a Senior HR Business Analyst and Trainer, you will engage with local Co-ops, develop training content, and oversee HR policy compliance. Your expertise will ensure data accuracy during the transformation program and support extensive training efforts for a diverse audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build relationships with clients across the implementation cycle

• Document client HR policies and align with provincial legislation

• Manage data conversion cycles and maintain requirements workbook

• Facilitate engaging training sessions for team leaders

• Collaborate on training material development and logistics

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in HR training or development

• Proficient in MS Office and customer service communication

• Strong experience delivering systems training programs

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources

• Valid driver's license for in-person workshop facilitation
