UAP is hiring a detail-oriented Payroll Technician for a remote part-time role. Contribute to payroll accuracy and compliance while leveraging your skills with Workday and Excel.

As a Payroll Technician at UAP, you will be responsible for processing payroll and managing HR data using Workday. This part-time position requires at least three years of payroll experience and proficiency in Excel. You will also assist in ensuring data integrity and respond to payroll-related inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Update payroll and HR data in Workday effectively

• Respond to payroll inquiries from team members

• Manage daily operations using Time and Labor systems

• Analyze and process payroll journal entries

• Issue Records of Employment as required

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of payroll experience

• Proficient in Workday or similar payroll systems

• Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and pivot tables

• Bilingual in French and English for collaboration

• Membership in Canadian Payroll Association (asset)
