Remote HR Specialist - Talent Acquisition

Our client is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Remote HR Specialist with a focus on Talent Acquisition to join their fully remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing top-tier talent, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. You will work closely with hiring managers across various departments to understand their needs and build robust talent pipelines.

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of open positions using diverse recruitment strategies.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, create compelling job descriptions, and manage the interview process.
• Utilize various sourcing tools and platforms, including Linked In Recruiter, job boards, and professional networks.
• Extend job offers, negotiate salaries, and manage the pre-employment background check process.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract top talent to the organization.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition, preferably in a remote capacity.
• Proven ability to source candidates through various channels and build effective talent pipelines.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, honed in a remote-first environment .
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR software.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
