Remote Talent Acquisition Consultant Position

Join a leading financial institution in Canada as a Consultant, Talent Acquisition. This remote role focuses on high-volume hiring and sourcing talent for retail service and branch management roles.

In this five-month contract, you'll manage end-to-end recruitment for one of Canada's Top 5 Banks. Ideal candidates will have at least three years of recruiting experience, particularly in high-volume hiring across diverse regions. You'll utilize your sourcing skills to address talent backlogs and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support high-volume recruitment and candidate pipeline management

• Source candidates using platforms like Linked In and Indeed

• Conduct pre-screening assessments for suitable candidates

• Coordinate interview logistics and manage the overall process

• Collaborate with hiring managers to finalize candidate selections

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of recruiting experience in high-volume environments

• Proven talent sourcing expertise for hard-to-fill roles

• Experience with ATS like SAP Success Factors

• Proficiency in MS Excel, Teams, and Outlook

• Strong organizational and time management skills
