Contract Recruiter Remote

$24-28/hr

Responsible for full-cycle recruiting for high-volume and entry-level positions. Partners with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies, identify candidate profiles, source talent, conduct interviews, and drive the hiring process from initial outreach through offer acceptance.

• Independently conduct interviews, make hiring recommendations, and extend offers to candidates.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume hiring needs.
• Maintain a high level of recruiting activity, including sourcing, interviewing, and offer management.
• Recruit for field-based, production, and sales-oriented positions.
• Source candidates through applicant tracking systems, job boards, referrals, networking, cold calling, and career fairs.
• Develop and maintain candidate pipelines for assigned openings.
• Partner with hiring managers to identify talent acquisition strategies and candidate profiles.
• Screen applicants, conduct interviews, and perform reference checks.
• Communicate candidate recommendations and hiring decisions to hiring managers.
• Post and manage job advertisements.
• Maintain recruiting records and documentation.
• Generate recruiting metrics and status reports, including applicant flow, open requisitions, and time-to-fill.
• Stay current on recruiting best practices, sourcing techniques, compliance requirements, applicant tracking systems, and reporting tools.
• Provide support on additional recruiting initiatives and projects as needed.

• 1-3 years of recruiting or related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of recruiting and employment practices.
• Strong candidate assessment and interviewing skills.
• Ability to recruit across a variety of position types.
• Excellent organization and time-management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Experience with full-cycle recruiting.
• Success in fast-paced, metrics-driven or quota-based environments.
• Strong communication, organization, and goal-oriented mindset.
• Experience with Workday or other applicant tracking systems is a plus.
• Experience recruiting for production, field, operations, or volume-hiring environments preferred.
• Regional recruiting and high-volume recruiting experience preferred.
• Positive attitude with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
