Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in new HRIS (Dayforce) implementation

• Coordinate bi-monthly Celebration Calls and events

• Support onboarding and performance management processes

• Research employee engagement strategies for remote work

• Collaborate on enterprise-level HR projects

Requirements:

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR

• Strong organizational and analytical skills

• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel

• Self-motivated and able to handle confidential info

• Critical thinking and data analysis abilities
