This role focuses on placing professionals in a wide array of commercial functions, including sales, marketing, operations, administration, and management roles. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding their unique hiring needs, and sourcing top-tier talent to fill their vacancies.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients, understanding their business objectives and talent requirements.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of commercial roles, ensuring a high standard of fit.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial client brief to offer acceptance and onboarding.
• Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to attract qualified candidates.
• Negotiate offers and facilitate the hiring process to ensure a smooth transition for both clients and candidates.
• Provide clients with market insights, salary benchmarks, and recruitment advice.
• Contribute to business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and potential clients.
• Maintain an up-to-date candidate database and recruitment activity logs.
• Stay informed about commercial industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment consultancy, with a focus on commercial or business roles.
• Proven ability in client relationship management and business development.
• Excellent interviewing, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of various commercial functions and industries.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using recruitment software and standard office applications.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience with in the Richards Bay, Kwa Zulu-Natal business environment is highly advantageous.
