Remote Talent Acquisition Specialist

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Remote Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive their recruitment efforts across various departments. Working entirely from home, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and securing top talent to meet the company's growing needs. This role requires exceptional sourcing skills, a deep understanding of candidate experience, and the ability to manage a high volume of requisitions effectively.

You will leverage various recruitment tools and strategies to build a robust talent pipeline and contribute significantly to the company's success by bringing in the best people, regardless of geographic location.

• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates for diverse roles.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from initial candidate contact through to offer acceptance and onboarding.
• Conduct thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate skills and cultural fit.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide guidance on effective recruitment strategies.
• Maintain an up-to-date candidate database and ensure accurate tracking of recruitment metrics.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably within a corporate or agency setting.
• Proven track record of successfully filling niche or hard-to-fill positions remotely.
• Expertise in utilizing various recruitment tools, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and social media platforms.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a remote setting.
