• A minimum of 5 years' experience in recruitment , ideally within a consultancy setting.
• Proven ability to source and engage senior-level candidates remotely using digital tools and strategies.
• Exceptional communication , negotiation, and interpersonal skills tailored for virtual interactions.
• Proficiency with modern recruitment technology, including ATS, CRM, and social recruiting platforms.
• Demonstrated success in managing a full recruitment desk and achieving ambitious targets in a remote capacity.
• Experience in client relationship management and business development within the recruitment industry.
