Recruitment Consultant - Graduate Placements

Our client is seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Recruitment Consultant specializing in Graduate Placements to join their fully remote team. This role focuses on connecting ambitious graduates with exciting entry-level career opportunities across various sectors. You will manage the recruitment process from sourcing graduates through university partnerships and job boards, to screening, interviewing, and facilitating placements with our client companies. Operating remotely, you will leverage digital communication tools and networking strategies to build a strong pipeline of talent.

• Develop and manage relationships with universities and career services departments.
• Source and attract high-potential graduate candidates through online channels, job fairs, and campus events.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Previous experience in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition, with a focus on early careers preferred.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
