• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and candidate engagement to offer negotiation and onboarding support.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders, providing expert recruitment advice.
• Utilize and optimize various recruitment tools and platforms, including ATS, Linked In Recruiter, and other sourcing channels.
• Stay abreast of market trends, compensation benchmarks, and best practices in talent acquisition.
• Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives throughout the recruitment process.
• Contribute to employer branding efforts and enhance the candidate experience.
• Collaborate with the wider recruitment team to share insights and best practices.
• Track and report on key recruitment metrics and KPIs.

• Proven track record (5+ years) in talent acquisition or recruitment consultancy, with a significant portion in a senior or lead capacity.
• Demonstrable experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Expertise in advanced sourcing techniques and candidate engagement strategies.
• Strong understanding of various industries and technical roles.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment marketing tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
