Although conceptually linked to Sandton , this position offers complete work-from-home flexibility, allowing you to operate from anywhere within South Africa . You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a portfolio of high-profile clients, leveraging your expertise to source, engage, and place top-tier talent.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for diverse client requirements, ensuring efficient and effective candidate placement.
• Utilize advanced sourcing techniques and digital tools to identify and attract passive and active candidates across various industries.
• Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments, including interviews and skills evaluations, remotely.
• Build and nurture strong, collaborative relationships with clients through consistent communication and expert advice.
• Contribute to the refinement of remote recruitment strategies and best practices within the consultancy.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment consulting , with a proven track record of success.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage a demanding workload in a remote setting.
• Excellent virtual communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Linked In Recruiter, and other online sourcing platforms.
• Strong understanding of the South African job market and talent acquisition trends.
