We are looking for a driven French Speaking Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a global marketplace company based remote in the UK.
- Salary up to £60,000 per annum
- Monday to Friday 10:00 – 18:00 – aligned to French working hours
- Temporary ongoing role

As a French Speaking Talent Acquisition Specialist
, you’ll play a key role in supporting international growth by managing the full recruitment lifecycle across the French market
.
Working remotely from the UK, you’ll partner closely with business stakeholders to understand hiring needs, define role requirements, and deliver a smooth,
high-quality recruitment experience for both candidates and managers
.
Day to day, you will join a fast-paced, remote based global team where you’ll manage a live portfolio of around 20 requisitions
, often covering multiple vacancies per role. You’ll be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates
, coordinating interviews, and creating shortlists that align with business needs
. You’ll act as the main point of contact for hiring managers and candidates, keeping communication clear and consistent throughout each stage of the process.
Key responsibilities
- Partnering with hiring managers across France to understand hiring needs.
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle – attraction, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Creating candidate shortlists and managing feedback throughout the process.
- Maintaining strong communication with both stakeholders and candidates.
- Supporting an international, fast-paced recruitment environment.
