Key Responsibilities:
• Execute full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to offer closure
• Manage multiple requisitions ensuring timely quality hiring
• Conduct behavioral interviews to evaluate candidate fit
• Apply advanced sourcing techniques for talent mapping
• Collaborate with hiring managers on requirements and processes
Requirements:
• 7+ years of IT recruitment experience in US/Canada
• Proficient in modern sourcing techniques and ATS
• Excellent English communication skills
• Target-driven and detail-oriented
• Cross-regional hiring experience preferred
