Avient is seeking an experienced, high-performing Talent Acquisition Sourcer to identify and engage passive talent for critical and hard-to-fill roles across the United States and Canada. This part-time role operates as a strategic sourcing partner to Talent Acquisition, translating business needs into targeted search strategies, market insights, and sustainable talent pipelines.
The ideal candidate is a hands‑on sourcing expert who is comfortable working independently, advising Talent Acquisition partners, and using advanced research, outreach, and talent intelligence techniques to reach specialized candidates. The position will support a range of professional, technical, engineering, manufacturing, operations, information technology, scientific, sales, and leadership needs.
