Senior Recruitment Consultant - Remote

Our client, a leading recruitment consultancy, is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Recruitment Consultant to join their dynamic, fully remote team. This is a unique opportunity to build and manage client relationships, identify top talent, and drive successful placements across various industries, all from the comfort of your own home office. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our client's reach and reputation within the South African market .

We are looking for a proactive individual with a proven track record in recruitment, exceptional communication skills, and a deep understanding of talent acquisition strategies. The ideal candidate will be self-disciplined, results-oriented, and passionate about connecting great companies with exceptional people.

• Develop and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with a diverse portfolio of clients.
• Source, screen, and interview high-calibre candidates, assessing their skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial client brief to offer negotiation and acceptance.
• Utilize advanced sourcing techniques and recruitment tools to identify passive and active candidates.
• Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless candidate and client experience.
• Achieve and exceed personal and team recruitment targets in a competitive remote environment.
• Provide expert advice and market insights to clients regarding their hiring needs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records in the CRM system.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a recruitment consultancy role, with a strong understanding of the full recruitment cycle. Demonstrable success in business development and client relationship management. Exceptional interviewing and candidate assessment skills. Proficiency in using various recruitment platforms, ATS systems, and sourcing tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Strong negotiation and influencing abilities. Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting. A proactive and tenacious approach to problem-solving and achieving targets. Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is advantageous. Must be based in South Africa and eligible to work remotely from
