Graduate Recruitment Program Manager

• Design, implement, and manage the end-to-end graduate recruitment program.

• Oversee the selection process, including application screening, assessment centers, and interviews.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key university stakeholders and career services departments.
• Create compelling employer branding materials and campaigns to attract top graduate talent.
• Manage the onboarding process for successful graduate recruits.
• Track and report on key recruitment metrics, providing insights and recommendations for program improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure program alignment with business needs.
• Stay informed about graduate market trends and best practices in early careers recruitment.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, with a specific focus on graduate or early careers programs.
• Proven ability to design and manage recruitment campaigns and processes.
• Excellent understanding of university recruitment channels and graduate talent landscapes.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment marketing tools.
• Familiarity with the South African education system and graduate job market, particularly in the Centurion, Gauteng area.
• A degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Psychology, or a related field is advantageous.
