Payroll Administrator

Description

What You'll Do

+ Process and administer payroll accurately and on time for a large employee population

+ Manage new hire payroll and benefits setup

+ Coordinate payroll, benefits, and employee record updates

+ Work closely with vendors to facilitate payroll and benefits changes

+ Ensure compliance with federal, state, and payroll regulations

+ Prepare payroll reports and maintain accurate records

+ Respond to payroll-related inquiries from employees and authorized agencies

+ Support HR and benefits administration activities as needed

Requirements

What We're Looking For

+ 4+ years of payroll administration experience

+ Experience processing payroll for organizations with multiple cost centers, shift differentials, and a large workforce

+ Paylocity experience strongly preferred

+ Prior HR or benefits administration experience is a plus

+ Associate's degree preferred;
Bachelor's degree is a plus

+ Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities

+ Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
