Graduate Trainee HR Generalist

Our client is seeking bright and proactive individuals to join their human resources department as Graduate Trainee HR Generalists , working remotely. This program offers a comprehensive introduction to all facets of HR, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and HR administration. You will work closely with the HR team to support daily operations and contribute to various HR projects.

• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.
• Support employee relations initiatives and provide assistance with HR queries.
• Help administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation in the HRIS system.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

• A recent degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Good understanding of HR principles and best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with HR software is an advantage.
