• Develop and implement innovative, scalable, and inclusive talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of talent acquisition specialists, fostering a high-performance and collaborative environment.
• Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding support.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers across all departments to understand staffing needs and advise on best practices.
• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to identify passive and active candidates through various channels, including online platforms, professional networks, and events.
• Champion the company's employer brand and ensure a consistent and compelling candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Manage and optimize the use of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
• Track and analyze key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, candidate quality) to identify areas for improvement.
• Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends and competitive landscape in talent acquisition.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a leadership or lead role.
• Proven success in building and executing full-cycle recruitment strategies, particularly within the tech industry.
• Demonstrated experience managing and mentoring recruitment teams.
• Expertise in using various sourcing tools and techniques, including Linked In Recruiter, Boolean search, and ATS platforms.
• Strong understanding of employer branding principles and candidate experience best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders remotely.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Self-motivated and highly organized, with the ability to manage workload and priorities effectively in a remote setting.
• Experience working in a fast-paced startup or high-growth technology environment is highly preferred.
