Our client, What Jobs Direct, a leading recruitment consultancy, is seeking a specialized Remote Healthcare Recruiter to join their expanding team. This fully remote position is dedicated to sourcing and placing healthcare professionals, including nurses, allied health professionals, and specialized medical practitioners. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the healthcare industry's unique staffing demands, compliance requirements, and the critical need for timely placements.

You will be responsible for building robust talent pipelines and managing the recruitment process from end-to-end, ensuring exceptional candidate and client experiences. This role offers the perfect blend of remote flexibility and impactful work within a vital sector.

• Partnering with healthcare organizations to understand their specific recruitment needs, including specialized roles and skill sets.
• Developing and executing effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified healthcare professionals, leveraging online platforms, professional networks, and databases.
• Conducting thorough screening and interviewing processes to assess candidates' qualifications, clinical experience, licensures, and cultural fit within healthcare settings.
• Managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial candidate contact through to offer negotiation and onboarding support.
• Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of healthcare talent for current and future opportunities.
• Staying informed about current trends, regulations, and challenges within the healthcare recruitment landscape.
• Ensuring a high level of professionalism and a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Utilizing and optimizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage candidate data and recruitment workflows.
• Collaborating with clients to ensure a smooth transition of candidates into their organizations.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, with a dedicated focus on the healthcare sector.
• Proven success in recruiting for various healthcare roles, such as Registered Nurses (RNs), Medical Doctors, Therapists, Technicians, and administrative healthcare staff.
• In-depth knowledge of healthcare terminology, compliance standards (e.g., HPCSA regulations), and the healthcare job market.
• Excellent sourcing skills and experience using a variety of recruitment tools and techniques.
• Strong interviewing, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport easily.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
• Must be self-disciplined, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• A relevant qualification in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is preferred.
