Talent Acquisition Manager

Our client, a prominent financial services institution in Cape Town, Western Cape , is looking for a strategic and dynamic Talent Acquisition Manager to lead their recruitment efforts. This role is responsible for developing and executing innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract, engage, and hire top-tier talent across the organization. You will manage a team of recruiters, oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, and partner closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and deliver effective hiring solutions.

• Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of talent acquisition specialists, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Oversee the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing, offering, and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, develop effective sourcing plans, and ensure successful hires.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future needs.
• Enhance the employer brand and promote the organization as an employer of choice.
• Utilize recruitment technologies and analytics to track key metrics and optimize recruitment performance.
• Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
• Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and innovative recruitment practices.
• Manage recruitment budgets and vendor relationships effectively.

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a management or leadership role.
• Proven track record of success in building and executing strategic recruitment plans in a complex organization.
• Experience with various recruitment methodologies, tools, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Strong understanding of employment market dynamics and sourcing strategies for diverse roles.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in the financial services sector is a significant advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
