Apply talent acquisition expertise to help train next-generation AI systems through high-quality, real-world recruiting input. This remote contract role supports customer projects by improving how AI models learn, reason, and perform.

• Use advanced sourcing strategies to identify qualified professionals across varied platforms and talent pools.
• Screen and assess resumes against project-specific requirements.
• Facilitate structured interviews and provide actionable insights that improve selection outcomes.
• Research job markets to inform project decisions and resource allocation.
• Use persuasive, consultative communication to engage prospective contributors.
• Partner with stakeholders to refine project scopes and candidate profiles based on market trends.
• Document and communicate findings through clear written reports and verbal presentations.

• At least 5 years of demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, sourcing, and assessment.
• Expertise in resume screening, interviewing, and dynamic job markets.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with close attention to detail and clarity.
• A consultative, sales-oriented approach to engaging professionals.
• Experience working remotely and independently managing deliverables.
• Ability to adapt to changing project needs and provide strategic insights.
• Experience with AI-driven projects or data-driven environments is a plus.

Remote, contract engagement.

$30 to $42 per hour.
