Recruitment Resourcer / 180 Recruiter

Our client is an established recruitment consultancy looking for an experienced Recruitment Resourcer / 180 Recruiter to join their team. This is a full-time, fully remote role based in South Africa, focused on candidate sourcing, screening, and talent pipeline management.

• Source active and passive candidates using Linked In Recruiter, job boards, and database searches.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings and preliminary telephone interviews.
• Manage candidate communications throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience.
• Draft and publish clear, accurate job advertisements across relevant platforms.
• Build and maintain structured talent pools for ongoing client vacancies.
• Work closely with senior recruitment consultants to understand job specifications and delivery priorities.

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Resourcer, Candidate Manager, or 180 Recruiter.
• Strong candidate sourcing skills and proficiency in using boolean search strings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Practical experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple vacancy searches simultaneously.
• Self-discipline and the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.

• Prior experience using Workable or similar recruitment CRM platforms.
• Sourcing experience within specialist sectors such as IT, finance, or corporate services.
• Previous remote work experience within South Africa.

• Salary: R18 000 - R25 000 per month, depending on experience.
• Hours:
  
  Full-time (Monday to Friday, standard South African business hours).
• Setup: 100% remote working from anywhere in South Africa.
