What You Will Do As a Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you will support full-cycle recruiting for professional, exempt-level (non-hourly) corporate roles, with a primary focus on roles in Marketing across North America, primarily focusing on Upstream Marketing, Downstream Marketing, Medical Education and Sales Training roles. You will partner with Hiring Managers and HR to identify, attract and acquire top talent to support Stryker’s organizational needs. 

This is a full-cycle recruitment role part of our Talent Acquisition Center of Expertise (COE). This role is well‑suited for individuals in the early to mid-stages of their recruiting career who are looking to grow their impact, strengthen stakeholder partnership skills, and operate in a data‑driven, enterprise environment.

Full-Cycle Recruiting Manage 10–20+ active requisitions for marketing and corporate role Support full-cycle recruiting including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management

Conduct structured phone screens to evaluate candidate experience, functional skills, and alignment to role requirements

Build candidate pipelines using Linked In Recruiter and other sourcing tools

Ensure a consistent, high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Hiring Manager Partnership Partner with hiring managers to clarify role requirements, define candidate profiles, and align recruiting strategies—particularly corporate talent across Marketing and commercial functions, including Upstream Marketing, Downstream Marketing, Medical Education, and Sales Training.

Provide market insights related to candidate availability, compensation benchmarks, and hiring timelines to support informed decision‑making

Communicate regularly with stakeholders on pipeline progress, candidate feedback, and hiring status to maintain momentum and alignment

Recruiting Operations & Tools Manage candidate and requisition activity within Workday and Hired Score, ensuring accurate tracking, timely dispositioning, and high data integrity

Track recruiting performance against defined metrics such as requisition load, time‑to‑fill, and pipeline conversion, operating effectively in a high‑volume, process‑driven environment strategies.

What You Need Required qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent 6+ years of work experience2+ years of work experience

Preferred qualifications

Previous business-facing HR, HR COE, HR Operations, Talent Acquisition or role-related experience

Experience recruiting for exempt-level corporate roles, within Upstream Marketing, Downstream Marketing, Medical Education and Sales Training roles.

Experience working medtech, healthcare, or other regulated industry in a mid-sized to large organization (1,000+ employees) or agency supporting enterprise clients

Hands-on experience with Workday ATS (or similar) and sourcing tools such as Linked In Recruiter, Paradox, or Hired score United States of America Pay Ranges:
