Talent Development Human Resources Coordinator

Support Talent and Development initiatives at Wonderbrands through AI tools, communications, and organized human resources coordination. Help deliver accurate, engaging Team Member experiences.

This coordinator supports Talent and Development activities across Wonderbrands. You will coordinate projects, prepare communications, assist with compliance audits, and support employee engagement events. The work includes social media content, administrative documentation, and day-to-day support for the Home Office Talent and Development team.

• Coordinate social media content, calendars, and internal communications
• Use AI tools to streamline Talent and Development processes
• Organize audit documentation and maintain accurate compliance trackers
• Support Team Member events, recognition activities, and logistics
• Prepare reports, presentations, records, and employee lifecycle documentation

• University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Knowledge of human resources, communications, or employee engagement
• Digital fluency with AI tools and Microsoft Office applications
• Strong organization, communication, and attention to detail
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and support onsite initiatives
