As a Talent Attraction Specialist, you will support recruitment and client delivery teams while identifying talent for varied roles and experience levels. The work combines sourcing, phone interviews, relationship management, applicant tracking, reporting, and special projects. Success depends on adaptable communication and organized execution.

• Execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify exceptional talent
• Conduct internet searches across engines, social media, and databases
• Build candidate pools across positions and locations
• Interview candidates and assess client requirements and culture fit
• Maintain client relationships, candidate relationships, records, and reports

• Experience succeeding in fast-paced recruitment environments
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
