Talent Acquisition Sourcer, Sales; APJ); Fully Remote

• Source, screen, and engage passive candidates for sales roles across the APJ region using Linked In and outbound channels.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements, business priorities, and ideal candidate profiles.
• Map talent markets and build and maintain representative candidate pipelines and talent benches.

What you'll bring:

• Relevant experience sourcing passive candidates in a fully outbound environment, ideally for Account Executive roles in software.
• Strong research skills and familiarity with applicant tracking systems like Greenhouse and Linked In Recruiter.
• Clear communication and organization skills to manage multiple searches and priorities remotely.
