Rec Search is seeking an experienced recruiter to run their own desk on a fully remote basis. There are no KPIs and you’ll enjoy real flexibility around family life, with the founders trusting you to deliver results.
You’ll focus on permanent commercial and office roles for SMEs and larger clients, building a self-sufficient desk, with realistic monthly billings and opportunities to specialise in areas like legal, finance or insurance. Occasional in-person meet-ups are available.
