Responsibilities

Facilitate the full process of recruitment i.e. posting job advertisements, scheduling for job interviews, shortlisting candidates and onboarding

Apply and renew foreign work passes i.e. Work Permit, S Pass, EP timely

Apply and renew staff's certifications, including upskilling of workers via Core Trade, Multi-Skilling, etc

Ensure good staff attendance rate

Manage attendance recording and leaves via MS Excel and HR software system

Procure stationery and PPEs for office and work-site use

Assist in the preparation and generation of payroll via MS Excel and HR software system

Assist in staff management i.e. apply, renew or terminate workers' dormitory, accident/incident reporting, etc

Assist in disciplinary actions i.e. enforce house rules and uphold HR policy

Preparation of monthly reports

Relevant ad-hoc administrative duties

Requirements

Knowledge and/or hands-on experience in HR's policies and procedures is advantageous
MS Excel and MS Word
Matured, commited, self-motivated, independent, and able to multi-task
Keen to learn and possess a positive attitude
Able to start to work immediately or within short notice (Preferred)

5-day work week
Hybrid work arrangement i.e. work from home after probation may be considered

Entry-level with no or little HR knowledge is welcomed too
