Croda is seeking a Regional OD Partner for the EMEA region to build capability, drive behavioural adoption and embed transformation activity across the region. You will partner with leaders, HRDs and central teams to ensure readiness and adoption of new ways of working.
The role can be based at Croda sites in the UK or Europe with flexible and remote working options. You will coach leaders, deliver change workshops and develop Regional Change Capability Plans in line with transformation
