The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner manages diverse requisitions across the entire hiring process. This role supports Software Development, Design Engineering, and electrical or mechanical engineering recruitment. You will use market insights, stakeholder advisory skills, and recruitment metrics to improve hiring strategies and outcomes.

• Source active and passive candidates through advanced recruitment techniques
• Screen technical expertise, cultural fit, and leadership potential
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for complex positions
• Advise hiring managers and senior leaders on talent strategies
• Lead complex offers and guide compensation discussions

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent knowledge or experience
• Extensive recruitment experience across sourcing and complex offers
• Expertise recruiting software and engineering professionals
• Advanced passive candidate engagement knowledge
• Experience with ATS tools, Linked In Recruiter, or Tableau
