The Senior Recruiter serves as a strategic talent acquisition partner, leading the development and execution of recruitment strategies aligned with organizational objectives, workforce planning priorities, and departmental hiring goals. This role builds strong partnerships with business leaders, hiring managers, and Human Resources teams to deliver innovative, consultative, and results-driven recruitment solutions that attract, engage, and secure top talent. Leveraging a deep understanding of business operations, workforce needs, organizational culture, and competitive talent markets, the Senior Recruiter drives full-cycle recruitment efforts, including strategic sourcing, talent pipeline development, candidate engagement, and selection.

Through data-driven insights, stakeholder influence, and continuous process improvement, this position enhances recruitment effectiveness, strengthens the candidate and hiring manager experience, and advances HR operational excellence across the enterprise. This position reports to the Manager, Talent Acquisition or an other senior management personnel that the CEO of the Company may designate. This position is remote working from a home office with occasional travel and reporting to the office.

Working hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:00am to 5:00pm or 9:00am to 6:00pm local time. This position is expected to travel up to 10% of the time. • Identify and successfully engage with talent in specific disciplines
• Tell a compelling and consistent message to candidates that aligns with the company brand and values
• Develop robust communities of talent and candidate pipelines across a diverse set of functional areas and generate rapid results in a fast-paced environment
• Leads the TA contractors through the full cycle recruitment process; conducts interviews, background checks; drafts offer letters
• Proven track record of successfully leading the TA strategies for sourcing candidates for diversity hiring (through various job boards, virtual job fairs, job posting activities)
• Leads the recruiting contractors on Recruitment sourcing strategies, construct target lists of companies, candidates, prospects and leads, develop pipelines of talent, contact high-potential prospects
